How It Happens
Our medical oxygen generator produces medical grade oxygen at a pressure of 5-6 bar g and has capability to store oxygen for around 20 minutes or more depending upon hospital set-up and space availability.
1 One is by getting a storage tank which stores medical oxygen at a pressure of 30 bar g.
2 Second is having a cylinder manifold system which stores medical oxygen at a pressure of 150 bar g.
For premium hospitals, both different set-ups can be installed at once for superior safety precautions.
Product Schemes
Medical Oxygen Generator with Storage Tank @30 barg pressure
This complete system uses Medical Oxygen generator to produce oxygen at a pressure of 5 barg
Medical Oxygen produced is then sent to Oxygen booster to pressurize it to 30 bar g
The final gas pressurized by the oxygen booster is then allowed to be stored in the storage tank provided This gas stored is then connected to the hospital pipeline system and used at patient beds (ICU’s, OT’s, Wards etc.)
Medical Oxygen Generator with Cylinder Mainfold Station @150 bar pressure
This complete system uses Medical Oxygen generator to produce oxygen at a pressure of 5 bar g
Medical Oxygen produced is then sent to Oxygen booster to pressurize it to 150 bar g
The final gas pressurized by the oxygen booster is then allowed to be stored in the cylinder manifold station provided
This gas stored is then connected to the hospital pipeline system and used at patient beds (ICU’s, OT’s, Wards etc.)

How Many Days Storage Is Necessary ?
Both storage tank system and cylinder manifold system have the capability to store your medical oxygen starting from 2 days and can go upto 4 or 6 days depending upon your desire and space availability. A typical hospital should acquire at least 2-3 days of storage. Storage is a necessity and is a mandate option because a hospital cannot run out of oxygen supply
